Notably, under Darren’s leadership, CrowdfundX designed, produced and marketed the Reg A+ securities crowdfunding campaign for Elio Motors, which raised $17 million from 6,200+ investors. Elio subsequently listed on the OTC Markets OTCQX under the symbol "ELIO," making it the first company in the United States to have completed a Reg A+ offer and list shares on a public exchange. At present, CrowdfundX is managing historic Reg A+ IPOs to both NYSE and NASDAQ.
