I would go in with a similar checklist that any issuer would have for any capital source.
1. How many deals have you funded?
2. What were the size and make-up of those deals?
3. How quickly do you fund on average?
4. What requirements do you have for funding and for reporting.
A few other questions more specifically related to the platforms would be around who manages the relationship with the investor. That should give the issuer a good baseline set of data to compare platforms.
